About Varsha

I never wanted to stop dancing.

Dance has always been at the centre of my life, and as a dancer and dance fitness instructor, movement isn't just something I do, it's who I am. So when my body started struggling with irregular, painful cycles, crushing fatigue, and eventually a Hashimoto's diagnosis, stopping wasn't an option. I needed to understand what was happening, and I needed to keep going.

That search led me inward, and eventually to IIN, where I trained as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and then deeper into hormone health and cycle syncing. Learning to live in rhythm with my cycle didn't just ease my symptoms, it honestly changed how I see myself and my body.

The dance, the diagnosis, the overwhelm, the healing, all of it is what I bring into every session with you. I'm not here to hand you another plan to follow. I'm here to help you actually hear what your body's been trying to tell you, and give it the support it deserves.

A personalized, high-touch coaching program designed around your unique body, lifestyle, and goals. Everything below is included in one program, built to support you across every dimension of your health.

What's Included
1:1 Coaching Sessions (2 per month)

Two 60-minute sessions each month, virtual or in-person. We slow down, get curious, and take a deep dive into your habits, symptoms, and patterns. Every session ends with clear, practical guidance tailored specifically to you.

Personalized Nutrition & Lifestyle Support

Food recommendations built around your body and tolerance. Meal structuring for better digestion, energy, and hormonal balance. Cycle-sync guidance where applicable, and sustainable lifestyle adjustments that actually fit your routine.

Multidimensional Coaching

Health is never just about food. We work across all the dimensions that shape how you feel: nutrition and digestion, energy and daily rhythm, stress and emotional patterns, and movement and lifestyle alignment.

Ongoing Support & Accountability

Direct WhatsApp access between sessions for questions, guidance, and check-ins. Share updates, receive feedback, and stay consistent. Real change happens in the spaces between sessions too.

Meaningful, lasting change typically unfolds over 3 to 4 months. A commitment of 3 months is recommended to experience the full depth of this work.
